2. Booking and Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a ban from our future services.
3. Professionalism and Conduct
We expect mutual respect between our therapists and clients. Any form of harassment, improper behavior, or safety threat will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Health and Liability
Clients are required to inform the therapist of any existing health conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session. While we adhere to high safety standards, we are not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
